Hermitage Garden Cottage has been designed to be your home on the stunning Eyre Peninsula. Our hope is that you’ll find rest and comfort in the peaceful ambience of our cottage and landscaped garden.

Such a homely and cute place to stay. The house was so clean and tidy. Like a magazine. There is a reverse cycle heater/air conditioning and a fireplace in the lounge room. The bed was nice and comfortable and you can see some views of the water from the bedroom. A beautiful courtyard both front and rear as well as an outside firepit (although we didn’t get a chance to use it, but would love to next time!). The home was located an easy walk to the local shops. Thanks Uta.

A beautiful haven, well-appointed and very clean. Thoughtful touches; and a wonderful sun- warmed verandah - morning coffee on the patio with a great garden view. Uta went out of her way, offering a night of firewood to get us through after a long drive, and very graciously allowed a friend returning from a dive tour to stay one night on the sofa bed, supplying linen, & waiving the fee. We didn’t end up meeting our hosts in person but certainly felt very welcome in their wonderful space. The bed was super comfy and the place was lovely and quiet. Kitchen set up worked fine for some simple cooking and plenty of coffee! A perfect retreat space while my companion and his friend went on a 3 day dive. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Hermitage Garden Cottage is very modern and newly renovated; centrally located with easy on-street parking. The cottage lives up to the description and the photos – we were just sorry that we didn’t have time to enjoy the charming courtyard. Communication with Uta was efficient and pleasant, and check-in went smoothly. We would definitely rebook the cottage.

Our cottage has been thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of travellers, visiting professionals and long-term guests alike.

You’ll find a modern accessible bathroom and a well equipped kitchen, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Situated in a quiet area of Port Lincoln, right next to the Heritage trail and within walking distance of the beach and town center, our cottage offers all you need for a perfect stay
